Current Bug List (last updated: 02/24/03)
Issue: Russian and Turkish fonts do not display correctly in edit window.
Disposition:This is a confirmed bug and will be fixed when possible. The current work around for this is to switch to "None" in the Options / Color Coding menu. This will allow the fonts to be displayed correctly but without colored text.

Issue: The undo functionality is causing erratic results in the edit window. Some undo's are causing the clipboard to be pasted into the edit window.
Disposition:This is a confirmed but consistently unrepeatable bug, making it VERY difficult to isolate. It will be fixed as soon as possible. We are looking for any way to consistently repeat this error so that we can root cause the error. Anyone interested in helping de-bug this problem may submit their observations through our support address at Support. We sincerely appreciate your input!

Issue: FTP will not list files on a "virtual" server.
Disposition:This is a confirmed bug. It will be fixed as soon as possible. While we are working with this, you might be able to use Internet Explorer as an alternative FTP, without incurring additional cost.
Following are some basic instructions for using the FTP functionality in IE.
- You can log onto your server by modfiying the following URL: ftp://username:password@ftp.yoursiteaddress.com/.
- You will need to replace the username and password with the correct info for your site. The address must also be modified to your address.
- Once logged in, you can use it much like you might Windows Explorer. Files can be dragged and dropped into the window to upload.
- To download files from your site, you can right click on the file (or selected list of files), and select "copy to folder...".
- To Delete files, right click and select "Delete".
- To create a folder, select within an empty area of the window and right click, selecting "New>", then the appropriate folder.
Please contact us at Support for any additional questions.

Issue: I cannot add *.png files from the Quick Image editor. When I double click the *.png file from the file list to the left of the editor window, I am given the wrong height and width attributes, and the image does not preview.
Disposition:This is a confirmed bug and will be fixed in the next release of SiteAid. Potential work around is as follows:
If you have a large amount of *.png files to input into the program, or do not have a source for easily gathering the width and height attribute of an image, we have provided a small helper program called ImageAttributes to help while waiting on a new SiteAid release. It can be downloaded freely at the following URL:
http://www.amiasoft.com/download/ImgAttr.zip
*Note: This is not a patch to SiteAid! It will be a separate executable that can be unzipped into a directory and used without installing any additional items. Included DLL and hlp file must be kept within the same folder as the executable (.exe) file for the program to operate properly.
